Hi, my name is Naomi and I’m going to introduce myself. In my everyday life, I’m a very sociable, understanding and composed person. In my work this is also the case, I am positive and constantly bring out the team spirit. Nevertheless, I have a few faults, like in times of crisis I find it difficult to make big decisions and I prefer the whole team to consult each other before making a choice. I prefer team spirit to leadership.
